You can accompany us on the inspection and see the process firsthand if you choose. For a single-family home, a normal inspection takes at least three hours and includes structural components such as foundation, floors, roof, ceilings, and stairways, physical elements (grounds, driveways, drainage systems, ventilation, fireplaces, chimneys, etc.), and mechanical systems such as plumbing and wiring, furnaces, air conditioners, and other major appliances.
We will give you a written report of the findings, usually within two business days, and a photo record of our findings. You'll know what needs to be repaired or replaced.
